We’ve been boating for a number of years now, and only recently were introduced to the Neptune lift system. The staff who gave us an introduction to the lift system were factual and knowledgeable. They continued to help us during the decision making process, and worked with us to get all necessary permits in place for the installation. While designing the carrying system for the lift, they went on site to the location of the boat and custom designed the bunks specifically for our hull. Installation was smooth and well planned, and left no question on how to run and maintain the lift. I’d recommend Neptune lifts to anyone that is looking for a reliable and easy to use lift system and company that stands behind their product.

After shopping around and looking at different boat lift companies, I was very pleased with Neptune Boat Lifts, Inc. and what they had to offer. I liked the installer Steve Garbutt with Stevemar, Inc. and the application he had for installing the 14,000 lb. Aluminum Elevator style lift. After waiting for the permit – the big day came and the installation and final product was as promised by Neptune. My boss and I are extremely happy with the Elevator lift. I was looking around for a used boat lift to get my 34' Cranchi out of the water. I talked to one guy in town that was selling his personal lift and he told me what it would cost. About the same time I talked to your company and found out that your four post lift was less than the one that I was going to buy used, and yours had a 15 year warranty!

Installation was smooth, professional and pretty easy, at least from my standpoint. I was amazed at how Steve with Stevemar, Inc. was able to tell if the boat was level and weight balanced so easily. A true professional. After a year of being in the water, my Cranchi is now high and dry and it is easy to pull in, use my remote, and pull out with no help. Feels secure and looks great.
