Before purchasing the Neptune lift I researched several other manufacturers and saw several at the boat show.

I made a visit to your facility in downtown Fort Lauderdale; I was given a tour of the facility and met several of your staff. My decision to purchase a Neptune lift, was based upon the quality of the product, the knowledgeable staff and employees as well as supporting a local business. You went out of your way to help coordinate the installation, recommended an electrician when my electrical contractor would not hook up the product they were not familiar with.

I purchased a 14,000LB elevator, with high speed motors, tension guide and limiter switch, all items I would recommend.

I know that I made the right decision. Every time I call to ask a question or get information, I still get the same professional attitude and response.

When it came time to shop for a boat lift I went through the same process I did in search of the boat to put on it.  I was determined to not only get the best value for my money, but the best overall product.  After weeks of research and sifting through just about every boat lift system and company in Florida I chose a Neptune H2 High Speed Aluminum Elevator Lift for so many reasons.  To begin the process Kirstie was extremely helpful in getting every piece of information needed with amazing follow-up, customer service was second to none and that makes all the difference. 

Using the wireless remote system with the high speed option changes the boat lift experience entirely.  When I leave the dock in the morning I can keep the lift out of the water for the day and lower it back down to the depth needed just as I approach the dock…. All of this without leaving the helm!  Fast and easy.

In the end the decision was an easy one, I wanted my new Yellowfin 36 on the strongest and most reliable lift on the market.

On 21 December 2010, Steve & crew installed Our 10,000 lb., four-post boat lift, a culmination of an effort started earlier this year. The Neptune staff made the process go writing this letter to let you know how this project went from my perspective.

Neptune made me feel comfortable during the front end process of deciding who was the best organization with whom to do business. It was easy to obtain detailed specifications, design alternatives, cost data, and quality of material. My visit to your manufacturing facility, subsequent tour, having the opportunity to get detailed information about the materials used, and, most important, being able to have the lift constructed to my specific needs far surpassed the competition .

Kirstie, you did a great job of getting answers to my questions, following-up on all inquiries, and making sure that things did not fall into cracks. Your keeping in touch with me throughout the process reassured me that I had made the correct choice of vendors.

Neptune's recommendation to use Boat Lifts & Docks of South Florida was a winner! Steve and his crew lived up to what they said they could do. Everything is not all roses and getting permits is a time-consuming task (especially in Riviera Beach), resulting in delays that are troublesome. However, Steve did a great job of keeping me informed of the permit and installation progress and he did show up when he said he would.

Installation day was very interesting in that there were NO glitches . All the materials were on site and prepped for easy installation, even to the smallest screw. Steve and team knew what they were doing ; the process was flawless. I expected a few things to fall into the water or a cable cut too short, a dimension given a little extra tolerance, a delay for something forgotten, but none of that happened -- a deliberate, accurate, detailed installation was accomplished. It was fun to watch. Kirstie, your follow-up call to check on the installation shows the professionalism of your organization.

As a retired engineer with over 50 years experience living on the water, it is apparent that Neptune's knowledge and performance shows. From the initial contacts , through manufacture to completing the installation, I could not have expected a better performance.

Well Neptune finished our installation this week and we could not have been happier with our choice. I highly recommend Neptune Boatlifts and more specifically the support of David and Kirstie. The boat lift manufacturing and quality are excellent. As an "old engineer", I had many questions and concerns about putting the lift in the swamps of Louisiana. The marine contractor installing the lift stated; "you know you are building this lift on a sponge". At my location in Louisiana there is no sand or heavy clay- simply, no traditional bottom for pilings or beams.

Both Kirstie and David advised, assisted, and guided me and the Contractor on installing my "lift on a sponge", through the entire project. David and Kirstie have experience with a wide variety of lift conditions and installations that was very helpful to me.
The construction, installation, assembly and wiring are all straight forward--the remote control is really great. And, Kirstie handled some complicated trucking and delivery situations, of which I was grateful.

We’ve been boating for a number of years now, and only recently were introduced to the Neptune lift system. The staff who gave us an introduction to the lift system were factual and knowledgeable. They continued to help us during the decision making process, and worked with us to get all necessary permits in place for the installation. While designing the carrying system for the lift, they went on site to the location of the boat and custom designed the bunks specifically for our hull. Installation was smooth and well planned, and left no question on how to run and maintain the lift. I liked the installer Steve Garbutt with Stevemar, Inc. and the application he had for installing the 14,000 lb. Aluminum Elevator style lift.
